Commercial TI’s or tenant improvements are different from your new built home or renovation. TI’s require quality work delivered in a timely manner. Once you get keys to space, we know the meter is running on rent and expenses. We know timing is of the essence and that’s why It’s critical to have your contractor with design in place so we can build out your space quickly and confidently and be ready to open so you as the business owner can focus on your business.

Laneway homes (also know as carriage houses) are a great way to add value to your property and add potential cash flow. Many uses include but are not limited to additional rental income, short term rental income, housing for adult children, additional space for visiting family and friends, housing for an aging parent or growing family.
