OUR FOUNDER

A north shore resident for over forty years, Chad Walmsley, founder of Jordan Lane Contracting has been in the construction industry for over 23 years. Chad jokes he grew up with renovation in his blood. His father was a well-known realtor and his mother with a design background, would purchase and renovate every home they lived in. Understandably Chad came by the profession very easily. Chad came out of carpentry school to work for a large firm in commercial construction and has extensive training and experience with water damaged buildings (leaky condos) and worked for 7 years with the top restoration company in the city. Chad was also a 2010 Olympic contractor and built the Whistler composting facility, bridges for the cross-county trails and worked on the lodge as well as other buildings and structures in the Callaghan Valley along with reinstalling the 2010 Olympic countdown clock. Over the years Chad has built and renovated various homes and projects for clients from float homes to basic spec and custom homes to Laneway homes and even built a tiny house on wheels.
